Singer and Onetime Teenage Sensation Aaron Carter, Dies at 34

Aaron Carter, the younger brother of Backstreet Boys' Nick Carter and former child pop singer, has died at the age of 34.

Aran was found dead in the bathtub of his residence. Authorities have not released any information on a possible cause of death. 

Aaron Carter's death was confirmed by his representative at Big Umbrella Management, Taylor Helgeson. 

Aaron, who first rose to fame as a boy with pop songs like “I Want Candy” and “Crush On You,” is survived by his 11-month-old son, Prince. 

The singer’s first studio album “Aaron Carter” was released in 1997. His fifth and final studio album was “Love” released in 2018. 

Carter was also known for his roles in television shows such as 7th Heaven, which debuted on The WB Television Network. 

He also starred in the family reality series of E! Entertainment Television, “House of Carters.”
