“No, this is a long-running joke on Twitter. I’m not accepting any games groups,” Musk said when inquired as to whether he was not kidding around about purchasing the club.

“I’m purchasing Manchester United ur welcome,” Musk said in a tweet before. The group is constrained by the American Glazer family.
English paper The Daily Mirror revealed last year that the Glazers were ready to sell the club however provided that they were presented with more than 4 billion pounds.($4.84 billion)
